Breakfast - hardboiled egg, tea

Snack - glutino crackers and almonds and goat cheese

Lunch - leftover turkey casserole, leftover gf cornbread

Snack - apple

Dinner - salad, chicken leg, 1/2 Udi gf lemon muffin

Snack - goat cheese, food should taste good chips
