breakfast - tea, carb balance tortilla with cheese and hardboiled egg, cookie
snack - samples in groc. store  :)
lunch - salad - mixed greens, strawberries, feta cheese, marinated artichoke hearts; fritos; a cookie
snack - lemon
dinner - taco casserole, sweet potato, asparagus, slice of homemade bread with butter, cookie, glass of red wine

Friday 2/11/11

Breakfast - 1/2 sandwich - turkey ham, pretzels, almonds, coffee
Lunch - other half of sandwich, pretzels, almonds, 1 clementine orange, 1 piece of dove chocolate
Snack - one hardboiled egg white, golden grahams cereal - no milk, a lemon with salt, water
Dinner - stir fry noodles and veggies, gumbo rice, salad, fritos, tostitos, 2 cookies, squash, tea

2/10/11

breakfast - 1 hardboiled egg
                  1 banana
                  coffee w/ half and half and stevia and a little chocolate milk powder
lunch -        salad - spinach, 1/3 c. corn, 1/4 c. noodles, 1/3 c. brown rice, millet, amaranth mix, a pickle,     feta cheese - 3 Tablespoons?  dry roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup?  probably less, hardboiled egg white,
salad dressing - 1 T and red wine vinegar, some marinated artichoke heart pieces,
water
snack - 1 clementine orange
             1 banana
             raw almonds - 18
             water

dinner - 1 chicken leg - baked - parmesean
             salad - spinach - salad dressing - feta cheese
             squash - crockpot cooked w/ maple syrup and agave nectar
             dried pineapple - some pieces

2 pieces of chocolate
