Breakfast - hardboiled egg, tea

Snack - almonds, peanuts and popchips

Lunch - salad, piece of gf bread, piece of chocolate

Snack - popcorn - air pop w/ salt and earth balance margerine

Dinner - cooked swiss chard w/ goat cheese on it, brown rice/sprouted quinoa/amaranth cooked w/ garlic and kombu, orange slices
