Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011

Worked late last night and slept in a little this morning.  Don't work until noon today.
Breakfast - Coffee - $2 bag from the new Aldi - it is ok - w/ vanilla stevia and milk
                  Egg - fried in a little butter
                  Toast - w/ a little butter
                  Water

Lunch - sandwich on 35 cal bread - turkey and cheese
             pretzels - 100 cal bag - have about 1/4 bag leftover
             carrots
             cherry tomatos
             water
         
Dinner - red quinoa
             stir fried veggies - collard greens, onion, sweet potato, carrot, yellow bell pepper, mushroom  seasoned w/ ginger, mirin, braggs aminos and a little home made salad dressing cooked in olive oil and butter
              about 1/2 c. mac-n-cheese
              one and a half pieces of banana bread w/ butter
             water
