Breakfast - 2 pieces applegate farms chicken lunchmeat, slices of goat cheese, food should taste good chips, almonds, tea, one cutie orange, 1/2 mango


Lunch - brown rice/spinach salad, salad, gf muffin that I had made, sugar snap peas


snack - half a grapefruit, something else - can't remember


Dinner - 3 gf muffins, salad, egg - fried, part of a turkey sausage (small flat, round like ground beef thing), strawberries, food should taste good chips w/ spinach and artichoke hummus
