Lunch - more leftover turkey casserole, leftover veggies - broccoli, sugar snap peas, asparagus, tea, water, 1/2 g/f udi muffin
Dinner - homemade gf muffins, a chicken hot dog - uncured, mango and orange, salad, rice w/ veggies
