Lunch - aduki beans/squash/brown rice/sweet potato, salad, almonds, strawberries, water
snack - part of a homemade gf cookie, celery, carrots, sugar snap peas
Dinner - potluck - bad for diet
ate gluten and dairy
noodles w/ chicken in sauce, creamed corn, salad, collard greens, spinach and feta in pastry, two gf cookies that I made
