Breakfast - tea, some almonds, and about 1/4 of an udi's gf lemon muffin
Lunch - potluck at church - ate some gluten and dairy
rice, a bit of noodles, hardboiled egg, stir fried veggies, something with tofu, corn, a little dessert tart, pineapple and strawberry
Snack - artichoke spinach hummus w/ food should taste good chips, half a grapefruit
Dinner - homemade veggie soup
made w/ homemade veggie broth, a little homemade chicken broth, onion, carrot, sprouted quinoa, sugar snap peas, collard greens, asparagus and mushrooms
last two homemade g/f muffins
two strawberries
a Coleman's natural beef hot dog w/ mustard
piece of banana
