salad dressing - 1 T and red wine vinegar, some marinated artichoke heart pieces,
water
snack - 1 clementine orange
1 banana
raw almonds - 18
water
dinner - 1 chicken leg - baked - parmesean
salad - spinach - salad dressing - feta cheese
squash - crockpot cooked w/ maple syrup and agave nectar
dried pineapple - some pieces
2 pieces of chocolate
